Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle). Subscription terms, renewals, and invoicing are handled via that provider. See the Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer, scrape data at scale, bypass access controls, or disrupt availability. We may suspend or terminate access for abusive behavior.

We aim for high availability, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control (data sources, exchanges, network issues). We may modify features and pricing over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consensus and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or downtime.
