Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for Consensus subscriptions.
Refund window
Consensus offers refunds in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period may not be eligible. To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly or reach out to Consensus support, and your request will be processed in accordance with Paddle’s terms. All refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider. For more information, please refer to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Non-refundable situations
Because digital access is provided immediately, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after using the Service
- Trading losses or performance expectations
- Incompatibility with your device/network not caused by our platform
How to request a refund
Email consensustocrypto@gmail.com with:
- Your account email
- Date of charge (approx.)
- Reason for request
- Any screenshots (optional)
Payment provider
Payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and timing depends on your bank/card provider.
